About the opportunity
We are looking for a
Operations Manager – Group Treasury
to support the Head of Treasury across strategic projects, operational excellence, and cross-functional initiatives.
You'll work at the centre of a dynamic, fast-paced environment—bringing structure, driving improvements, and enabling smarter decision-making.It's an excellent development opportunity for a highly capable generalist looking to grow in a strategic and operational direction.
You'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, contribute to meaningful projects, and build a strong foundation for future roles across Treasury, Finance, or broader business operations.
In this role, you will:
- Support the Head of Treasury and the Treasury team in implementing strategic initiatives across process design, documentation, and operational improvement.
- Organise and maintain all core processes, standard operating procedures, policies, and documentation—ensuring they are regularly reviewed and kept up to date.
- Act as a central coordination point for documentation management, facilitating structured review cycles and stakeholder alignment.
- Review existing processes, conduct gap analyses, and project manage initiatives to close identified gaps.
- Take ownership of Treasury NPPs, supporting with documentation, approvals, and implementation tracking.
- Participate in leadership meetings and prepare presentations, summaries, and documentation to support decision-making.
