About the opportunity
We are seeking a Business Audit Senior Associate whose function will be to examine and assess in a risk-oriented and process-independent manner the effectiveness and appropriateness of the risk management system in general and of the internal control system in particular as well as the appropriateness of all activities and processes in general, irrespective of whether or not they have been outsourced.
In this role, you will:
- Support the development of an independent Internal Group Audit within the N26 Group.
- Perform the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
- Help in determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans.
- Obtain, analyse and evaluate documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc. for operations processes to which assigned such as Financial Accounting, People, Marketing, Customer Service, Banking Operations etc. ...
